Introduction to Mary Marvin

I am an Oregon-born-and-raised artist. As a child in Salem I dabbled in art, but didn't get back into it seriously until 2004 when my family was grown and I was looking for a creative outlet. I took a couple of classes at PCC, which encouraged my enthusiasm for pastels. Recently, I have branched out into acrylics, oil and watercolor, but still have a particular fondness for pastels. My favorite subjects are animals, but I am open to other subjects such as flowers, people, and landscapes.
